There is a good chance that you and everyone who looks for an opportunity will at some point come across the network marketing business method. Even if you are not well skilled in business, using this particular business model you are able to create a good income and income that comes in month after month with no additional work, i.e. residual income. The basic idea is that you will sell products to consumers, but there is also the option to recruit a team of sales people under you and earn from their sales also. This follows suit down the line.
Depending on the network marketing companies compensation plan this can happen down many levels, sometimes to infinity. It won't take a genius to work out that you could end up earning a ton of money if you are able to produce duplication within your team. As you can imagine this can bring in a lot of revenue, and on autopilot. A common practice is to find five or six people that you will work directly with and the idea is to train them to also find a small number of people to work closely with. Naturally this looks great on paper, but doesn't always work out like this in the real world.
The MLM business model has allowed more people to attain financial freedom than any other business that has been seen before. It must be good as even Bill Clinton endorses the model. There is real potential to create passive income that is earned month in month out regardless of effort, once you get to a certain point.
Although such a great business model the reality is that not everyone makes it big in this industry. It's essential that you are skilled in certain areas if you are going to be successful, despite the hype that often surrounds presentations.
Many people seem to forget this fact, and assume that you can just sign up and success will come to you, this isn't the case at all. Network marketing is definitely a people's business so you will have to be good with building relationships.
A lack of training from the companies themselves also contributes to the high failure rate. Training is often basic, teaching you to make a 'warm list' of friends and family, plus people that you have contact details for. For most this simply doesn't work, they don't know enough people or the people they do know are just simply not interested.
The people who make it big in this business are those who know how to position themselves with the right posture and attract people to them, they also have figured out how to generate a consistent flow of leads on a daily basis.
